Teniseal offers the SPORTSFACE® 100% Latex Acrylic Surfacing System in two formulations: SPORTSFACE® l and SPORTSFACE® 2. Whichever you choose, you are assured of the ultimate in tennis court surfacing quality, playability and durability.
SPORTSFACE® 1
Heavy Duty, Non-Resilient, 100% Latex Acrylic System
A. Layer 1: Filler Course The Filler Coat is applied over asphalt pavement with a 100% Latex Acrylic formula that fills any irregularities and levels any voids.
B. Layer 2: Texture Course A special formulation that adds texture (or tooth) to the finished surface. This coat can be modified to varied degrees of texture.
C. Layer 3: Surface Color Course This heavy bodied Latex Acrylic compound provides the beautiful finish that is resistant to weather and many chemicals and solvents. Fortified to give lasting performance.
D. Finish: Lines This heavy bodied Latex Acrylic Striping Paint is designed to be high hiding and long wearing in light traffic areas.
Alternative System: Application Over Concrete Surfaces We omit the Filler Courses and apply an Acrylic Primer to prepare the surface for the Sportsface System.
SPORTSFACE® 2
Heavy Duty, Resilient, 100% Latex Acrylic System
Old & new courts can be upgraded to the physical benefits of a cushioned surface
A. Layer 1: New Construction: Filler Course The fortified Filler Coat is applied over asphalt pavement with a 100% Latex Acrylic formula that fills minor irregularities and levels any voids.
B. Layer 2: Resilient Course A heavily fortified rubberized formulation provides the ultimate resiliency for tennis courts.
C. Layer 3: Texture Course This Latex Acrylic rubberized formula is applied with the SPORTSFACE® Courses or, for a less resilient surface, may be applied over a primed surface.
D. Layer 4: Surface Color Course This heavy bodied Latex Acrylic compound provides the beautiful finish that is resistant to weather and many chemicals and solvents. Fortified to give lasting performance.
E. Finish: Lines This heavy bodied Latex Acrylic Striping Paint is designed to be high hiding and long wearing in light traffic areas.

The SPORTSFACE® Color Surfacing System
The family of products from our SPORTSFACE® Surfacing System represents the most comprehensive line of recreational surfacing products available. The SPORTSFACE® Color Surfacing System is a durable, 100% Latex Acrylic, asbestos-free compatible with plant mix asphalts or asphalt emulsion surfaces and can also be applied to concrete sufaces with a properly administred primer. The special formulation of the SPORTSFACE® Color Surfacing System is especially durable with uniform texture and wearability.
Unequalled SPORTSFACE® Quality
The SPORTSFACE® System is a combination of textured coatings and finish coats that provide long wear of the color surface. It is designed to withstand all types of weather conditions and protects the asphalt courts from harmful ultraviolet rays from the sun that can cause cracking and other surface damage. Can be utilized indoors or outdoors. The SPORTSFACE® System employs water vehicle coatings that dry rapidly and allow moisture vapor to breathe through the dried film.
The final coating in this system can be custom blended for the desired texture and speed of play for tennis courts and can be toughened for applications to outdoor basketball courts, multi-purpose play areas’ and walkways. SPORTSFACE® products require no prolonged curing time and they are highly resistant to fading caused by ultraviolet light.
